Deliverables and learning objectives

The objective of a company is to generate added value in the form of products and services.

Yet many companies still find it difficult to put their processes in the spotlight for evaluation. Even though hardly anyone will dispute the fact that corporate events no longer play the main role with departments and divisions (the problem is that the customer focus is missing, they are hierarchically structured, communication exists ostensibly in a vertical manner), rather as business processes, which are building blocks of the organisation. The management of business processes is not a secret. They are cross-functional and -divisional, interdisciplinary communication is paramount and aligned with internal and external customers. Optimised processes help to meet internal customer expectations and are consequently prerequisites in establishing a company in the presence of a growing and increasingly stronger competition. The success will be sustained by people who are in the position to manage these processes and, with it, map put the interlinking changes. To this end, the essential mastery of the interactions of different measures will be imparted in this seminar and will enable you to meet the current requirements of products and services.

What benefits you will get from this course?

The objective of this seminar is the knowledge transfer of

  • "Rapid” analysis knowledge (overview of a compilation of improvement opportunities) as well as intensive business process analysis and its formulation.
  • Suggestions for the conceptualisation of an implementation strategy and timeline design for its implementation.
  • Knowledge of process organisation and practice-oriented tools of operational process management.

The control of processes is a fundamental task capacity, which is necessary for generating performance from executives and process employees concerned.

Seminar participants will learn:

  • How to control and improve processes in an objective-, competence- and resource oriented manner.
  • To pay special attention to the interactions between people, organisation and technology in relation to process configuration.
  • A detailed understanding of processes forms the basis of coordinated procedures.
  • Process optimisation cannot be achieved through standardisation alone, but rather through a sophisticated combination of flexibility and specification of operations.
  • How to deal with process configuration aggressively.
  • Additionally, basic methods will be imparted, which boost a sustainable and lasting acceptance and support of all employees engaged in process-related work (dealing with resistance, motivation)

In the course of the seminars, basics, approaches, concepts, methods and tools of process management for service-, industry- and production companies, that are just as relevant for social establishments and public administrations, will be imparted.

Processes know no inter- or intra- corporate limits. In this seminar, special attention will be given to the transfer of a wide knowledge base.
