The main thrust of this seminar lies in presenting the quality relevant processes of the organisation in a chronological context (graphical presentation) and allocating daily responsibilities to the employees (Publication viaintranet).

As a Quality Management practitioner/person responsible for a process, you will gain the necessary knowledge with the help of the process modelling tool “Viflow,” to build an effective process architecture in the organisation and to allocate daily responsibilities to the employees in an interactive manner on the intranet.
