Deliverables and learning objectives

To plan and efficiently execute projects without the support of suitable methods and software tools is no longer an option. An effective combination of both will barely be considered in the corresponding qualification measurements. However, project success can only be achieved through the integration of methods and software support.

This apparent gap will be closed by this course. The combination of project management and MS-Project in relation with relevant corporate task descriptions necessitates an intensive debate with regards to the subject of learning. Through the application of this method, participants from different disciplines will be able to work on a common task and learn from and with one another.

What benefits you will get from this course?

You will gain an understanding of project management, including software. You will acquire the ability to recognise the interrelationships between project events, as well as an understanding and readiness for effective project planning and execution. You will learn how to document projects in terms of events, costs, resources and results.
