Deliverables and learning objectives

Working in groups is one of the most common forms of work. Rotation moderation is also a common practice. But often teams run into the same problem: a team is put together on fixed wills, assembled in order to achieve certain results. Typically the members have an agreed on, common agenda, but nevertheless emerge with “empty hands” or simply no results.

A foray into uncertain and unfamiliar territory is affiliated to moderating groups without practice and a reliable “backpack.”
