- Clarification/definition of different forms of interviews:
- What are delegation interviews, agreement-on-objectives interviews, Feedback discussions, appraisal interviews...?
- The optimal preparation for an appraisal interview
- Find a good form of subject- and person related motivation, appreciation and criticism for yourself
- Dealing with difficult situations
- The successful resolution with conflict dialogue
- Possible appraisal- and evaluation errors during interviews:
- Projection
- Sympathy
- Imposing
- Resistance
Methodical and didactical hints for the course
- The seminar is based on action-oriented and discovery studies.
- Participants are emotionally and actively engaged in the seminar process. The “insight” into the corresponding behaviour will not be “lectured” as much as personally experienced and discovered through group discussion and process discovery of the participants.
- Action oriented approach and case study work based on actual cases.
- Participants document the results of their group work, formulate placards and present their findings to the group.
- Exchange of personal experiences and discussion.
