The interest of the seminar is directed towards Rituals of "Rediscovery" or further development, as well as the construction of Rituals. It is meaningful to cultivate Rituals, to change and manage.

Methodical and didactical hints for the course

The seminar is based on action-oriented and discovery studies. Participants are emotionally and actively engaged in the seminar process. The “insight” into the corresponding behaviour will not be “lectured” as much as personally experienced and discovered through group discussion and process discovery of the participants.
